To ensure that the chosen jewelry can be gifted immediately, we will package it for free. The jewelry will reach you beautifully packaged in a branded MONDRI box, which will be wrapped in gift paper and tied with a ribbon. If you select the gift wrapping service in the order, a gift bag or a card will also be added to your order.

Order dispatch
After order confirmation, the manufactured jewelry will be sent within 1-2 business days. If the jewelry is to be made, the expected completion date will be visible in the shopping cart. If the production times for the jewelry differ, the order will be completed when the longest item to be made is ready.
Until the parcel reaches you, the jewelry is our responsibility. Therefore, we guarantee safe delivery. After sending the order, you will receive an email with the parcel number and a link to track the delivery.

30 days for exchanges and returns
You can exchange or return MONDRI jewelry within 30 calendar days. If you wish to return/exchange jewelry, please contact us by email at info@mondri.lt. Specify your order number and the reason for return/exchange. We will refund the money for jewelry that has not been worn, has not changed in appearance, and comes with complete set no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the item.

12 month warranty
All MONDRI jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty period. This means that we will repair (or replace) the jewelry marked with the MONDRI responsibility mark free of charge, if the jewelry has not been subjected to accidental mechanical or chemical impact, and the defects are assessed as manufacturing flaws.
Every piece of amber used in our modern jewelry is carefully hand-selected. We manufacture our Baltic amber jewelry in small series, distinguished by their exceptional quality, with some designer amber jewelry made from rare, unique amber pieces.
Our amber stone jewelry, born in Lithuania, uses 925 sterling silver, 24k gold vermeil-plated silver and high-quality Baltic amber – essential ingredients in amber fine jewelry.
The fine amber jewelry details are gilded with 24-karat gold in a thick 4-micron layer (rings are gilded with a 10-micron layer). Such gold vermeil gilding looks excellent and remains unchanged even when wearing the amber gold vermeil jewelry daily for many years.
