MONDRI products exchange and return policies

1. MONDRI products exchange/return policies

1.1. In accordance with the Retail trade rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, quality goods purchased at the MONDRI jewelry store are not returnable.
1.2. Products purchased in the MONDRI online store can be exchanged or returned within 30 calendar days. The period is calculated from the day the buyer received the product, i.e., when the product was delivered to them or collected at the post office or parcel terminal.
1.3. If the buyer receives a product different from what was ordered and/or the product is of poor quality, MONDRI commits to accepting the product back and repairing or replacing it with a similar product of acceptable quality within 30 calendar days.
1.4. If you notice that the order is missing products or has any defects, immediately contact MONDRI within 30 calendar days. Otherwise, it will be considered that the received product was as ordered and met the quality guarantee.
1.5. In all cases, the buyer must provide proof of purchase (product receipt, bank payment statement). Without presenting a proof of purchase, products cannot be exchanged or returned.
1.6. Products (jewelry) to be exchanged/returned must be unworn, unchanged in appearance, and complete, in the original packaging (if returning the product in the original packaging is not possible, then pack it in a tidy box in which the product would be securely packaged) with all accessories. Jewelry must come with tags and certificates from the Lithuanian Assay Office – seals. Once the seal is cut, the jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
1.7. Products that were custom-ordered and made or customized for individual use by altering the product size, length, performing product engraving, fitting amber, etc., are not exchangeable or refundable.
1.8. Gift bags and cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable items, money for the purchased bag or card will not be refunded in the event of a return.
1.9. The gift card is a non-exchangeable and non-refundable item. It is a type of contract obligating the purchase of certain goods or services, adhering to the terms specified on the gift card.
1.9.1. Products purchased with a gift card are not refundable for cash. If desired by the customer, products can be exchanged for others within the designated product exchange period. With the seller’s agreement, the customer may return the purchased products, and a valid gift card will be refunded to them, with the nominal value matching the sum of the purchased products.

2. Procedure for exchange/return of MONDRI products

2.1. If you wish to exchange/return a MONDRI product, please contact us via email at to coordinate the conditions for exchanging or returning jewelry.
2.2. Until the exchanged/returned item reaches the MONDRI jewelry house, it remains the property and responsibility of the customer. Therefore, pack the item safely and send it to us via registered mail to the following address: MB “Mondri darbai”, Verkių st. 29 D, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT-09108.
2.3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess its condition. If the product meets the specified conditions, we will either replace it or refund the money paid to the bank account you have specified within 30 calendar days.
2.4. The buyer must indicate when the product was shipped and provide the shipment number. Without this information, the products will not be exchanged or returned.
2.5. If a product is returned from a country outside of the European Union, it may be detained at customs upon arrival in Lithuania. This procedure may extend the product return/exchange process.
2.6. If the returned/exchanged product is of good quality, all customs-related fees must be paid by the customer. If the returned/exchanged product is of poor quality, all customs-related fees will be covered by MONDRI.
2.7. If the returned product is to be exchanged for a more expensive product, after receiving the product, we will contact you and send the payment details. If the returned product is exchanged for a less expensive product, we will refund the overpayment to the account you specified within 14 calendar days.

3. Shipping/delivery refund terms

3.1. When exchanging or returning quality MONDRI products, the customer pays for shipping/delivery costs.
3.2. If you are exchanging or returning MONDRI products due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email at to pre-coordinate the delivery method. In such cases, MONDRI will cover the incurred shipping costs.
3.3. If paid shipping was selected when purchasing the products, shipping fees will not be refunded, except in cases where the product is deemed of poor quality.
