How do I determine my wrist size?

Since the jewelry can be worn as a five-row bracelet, it is important to choose the right wrist size so that the jewelry fits not only on the neck. You can measure your wrist with a measuring tape or use our measurement guide. Measure your wrist at the narrowest point, without leaving any gap.
If you are buying a bracelet-necklace as a gift

If you cannot measure the woman’s wrist size, you can choose from the standard MONDRI bracelet sizes, which can be exchanged if the bracelet does not fit.

Free gift wrapping

In order for you to be able to give the chosen piece of jewelry as a gift right away, we will pack it for free. The jewelry will reach you nicely packed in a branded MONDRI box, which will be wrapped in gift paper and tied with a ribbon. If you choose a gift wrapping service in your order, a gift bag or card will be added to your order.

Taxes

In all non-EU countries, the recipient may be required to pay additional customs duties or other taxes applicable in that country upon receiving the package.

Shipment of goods

After order confirmation, we will ship the order within 1-2 days. d. If the jewelry will be produced, you will see the order implementation date in the shopping cart. If the production dates of the jewelry are different, the order will be fulfilled when the jewelry that has been produced for the longest time has been produced.

Until the shipment reaches you, the jewelry is our responsibility. Therefore, we guarantee safe delivery. After sending the order, you will receive an e-mail. a letter that will indicate the package number and a link where you can track the package’s path.

30 days for exchange and return

Exchange and return

You can exchange or return MONDRI jewelry within 30 calendar days. If you want to return/exchange jewelry, please contact us by e-mail. by mail info@mondri.lt. Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will refund money for unworn, unaltered appearance and complete set jewelry no later than within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

Non-returnable items

12 month warranty

All MONDRI jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty. This means that we will repair (or replace) a piece of jewelry that is marked with the MONDRI liability mark free of charge, if the jewelry has not been subjected to mechanical or chemical side effects, and the resulting defects will be assessed as a manufacturing defect.

Handmade jewelry from quality materials

MONDRI jewelry is the result of careful handwork. We pay special attention to the design, functionality and versatility of jewelry.

All jewelry is made of high-quality precious metals: 925 fine silver and 24K gold-plated 925 fine silver and high-quality Baltic amber.

We would like to note that we cover the details of MONDRI jewelry with a thick layer of 24K gold – 4 microns, we cover the rings with a layer of 10 microns. Such gilding looks great and remains unchanged even after wearing jewelry every day, for many years.

Each piece of amber used in jewelry is carefully selected by hand. We carry out small series production of jewelry, which is characterized by exceptional quality, most of the jewelry is made using rare, one-of-a-kind ambers.

GOLDEN CHERRY gold-plated cherry amber necklace and chain combination is an elegant piece of jewelry. You can wear the necklace and chain separately as well. Choose the appropriate size for your wrist, and you can wear the necklace as a five-strand bracelet (simply unfasten the round gold-plated ring and wrap the necklace five times around your wrist), or as a long amber bead necklace and a double necklace around your neck.
