Customer service specialist

Job Description

  • Warm and professional customer service at MONDRI Jewelry House: assessing customer needs, providing consultation, and facilitating sales.
  • Communication with clients across various channels (social media, email, phone, etc.).
  • Administration of customer orders and work with accounting software.
  • E-shop management (uploading and editing product descriptions and other content, order administration).
  • Preparing shipments and handling shipping-related inquiries.
  • Promptly resolving unforeseen situations and completing tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and pursue common goals.
  • Fluent communication in Lithuanian.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving set objectives.
  • Experience in customer service and consulting; experience in social media management is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to solve issues quickly and efficiently.

Salary

900 – 1500 € per month (net); the salary consists of a fixed component and motivational bonuses.
