The selected value voucher is valid for 6 months and can be used online or at MONDRI’s jewelry house. A postcard-style voucher can be delivered in 1-2 business days, while a digital voucher will reach you on the same business day if you need the gift immediately.

WHAT GIFT VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can purchase a gift voucher of your chosen value starting from 40 EUR. A standard postcard-style gift voucher will be sent using your preferred shipping method. Alternatively, you can choose a digital voucher, which will be delivered to your email on the same business day.
CAN THE EXPIRATION DATE OF A GIFT VOUCHER BE EXTENDED?
The gift voucher's expiration date is indicated on the voucher and cannot be extended.
CAN A GIFT VOUCHER BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
A gift voucher is a type of contract that obligates the purchase of certain goods or services within the terms specified on the voucher. Money for unused vouchers is non-refundable.
The customer has the right to transfer the gift voucher to another individual or legal entity, who can use it within the validity period. The voucher can only be exchanged for goods or services provided by MONDRI jewelry house and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Digital and postcard-format gift vouchers can be redeemed at MONDRI jewelry stores or the online shop www.mondri.lt
When using a gift voucher in the online shop, enter the gift voucher code in the designated "DISCOUNT / GIFT VOUCHER CODE" field at the payment step.
